Olga Granikowska

Possessing vast professional experience within the luxury and premium brand sector, working closely with diverse, multicultural teams in demanding, high-excellence environments. My expertise lies in translating brand DNA into meaningful learning experiences that enhance leadership effectiveness, elevate customer experience, and reinforce the highest standards of performance and service excellence.

Originally trained as a teacher with five years of university education and a CELTA certification, I possess a strong pedagogical foundation in adult learning methodologies, facilitation, and training design. This academic grounding, combined with advanced professional training at LVMH Group and formal studies with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), enables me to design and deliver structured, engaging, and high-impact bespoke learning solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, Ukrainian, and Russian, I leverage my international and multilingual background to deliver culturally sensitive, effective training across diverse global teams.
